David Jones | Human Resources Manager
David is a Human Resources professional with an established reputation for helping build strong team relationships. His broad experience includes 20 years in Human Resource Management and over 30 years in leadership roles. David is passionate about implementing values-driven Human Resource systems and processes, and he gets a kick out of working with teams who choose to operate from a place of integrity, service, and collaboration. David also serves as a board member for several non-profits and derives great satisfaction from using his experience and expertise to help those organizations maximize their effectiveness and enhance the culture of the workplace.
In his spare time you can catch David reading a book, enjoying a visit from his out-of-state daughters, or taking a nap in his favorite recliner. David especially loves spending time with his wife, whether it be worshiping or serving at church, exploring the weirdness of Portland, or watching a classic movie.
